Mousline, established in 1963, operates from its factory in Rosières-en-Santerre in the Hauts-de-France region. The company focuses on producing a variety of mashed potato products, working closely with over 120 local farmers. These farmers harvest most of the potatoes within 30 kilometers of the factory. Mousline is committed to reducing food waste by using aesthetically imperfect but consumable potatoes. The potatoes undergo a steaming process before being turned into flakes and dehydrated, using rosemary extracts to preserve flavor. Its commitment to tradition and sustainability reflects in partnerships with farmers and eco-friendly practices. Notable is the absence of artificial colorants in their products, replacing them with turmeric for the yellow coloring.
