Kopparbergs Bryggeri AB, founded in 1882, is a Swedish beverage company based in Kopparberg, Sweden. Initially established by 36 craft brewers, the company was revitalized in 1994 by Peter and Dan-Anders Bronsman. Kopparbergs is recognized for pioneering sweet ciders and creating fruit refreshment within the cider sector. Their product range includes various ciders such as Crisp Apple, Strawberry & Lime, Wildberries, Mixed Fruit, Mixed Fruit Tropical, and Pear, alongside a lineup of gin and vodka products. Notably, their ciders are naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly. Having achieved global distribution, Kopparbergs exports to more than 30 countries, highlighting their presence in the UK, Ireland, and Australia through a partnership with SABMiller since 2013. The brewery is committed to sustainability, aiming for climate neutrality by 2045, and has reduced fossil fuel usage significantly through local energy initiatives.
