The company is renowned for its use of fine cacao, particularly Criollo, the rarest and most aromatic cacao constituting 0.01% of global production. Domori stands out as the first chocolate maker to use only high-quality, fine cacao and to manage the supply chain from plantation to final product. The company operates its own plantation, focusing on biodiverse and sustainable cultivation, with sourcing from countries like Venezuela and Ecuador. Domori, part of the Polo del Gusto holding, also acts as an Italian distributor for premium brands such as Dammann Frères, Agrimontana, and several elite food and wine brands.
